How to balance the benefits of capitalism where
Businesspeople are motivated to generate a profit (which is lacking in communism?)), with equal distribution of wealth where all share equally?
The answer, as usual is a hybrid of both. Have capitalism where motivation to earn generates profits, balanced by a "social net" that helps the sick, the elderly, the poor, the disabled, etc. This is socialism which balances pure communism with pure capitalism. This is actually the case in the West today. The England of Dickens, abd today's India, can allow people to starve while others are wealthy. This is pure capitalism. On the other hand pure communism like the former USSR, or China, has everyone receiving material equally but this lacks motivation for businesspeople to generate profit.

By giving to others, you have, in a sense, the opportunity to act in kindness like Gd to others. In so doing, you show GD what you think of yourself and what He should give you! You only get from Gd what you give!

Sure. The land in EY belonging to a yid rests on Shemitta.
But, people live in the loopholes. Just like people "sell" their chometz, the whole liquor cabinet, to a nonjew and retakes it right after pesach, go see what's happening in EY now. Some "sell" their land to a nonjew, others have other ways around. Despite the mesiras guf of some farmers just go try to take from the yid's field during Shemitta.

People and their domesticated animals rest on Shabbos
The land that belongs to a yid rests on Shemitta.
When do nonjews rest? wild animals? rest? When does the inanimate rest? When does the land belonging to nonjews rest?
