casual clothing
So during Elul, we should be dressing casually, no suits, white shirts, borsalinos, etc.

I think
I think that you should speak to a Rabbi and therapist who you trust that they are knowledgeable and want your good.
You can ask advice on the best way to safely reach your spouse.

Just be yourself and wear your casual clothing. For example, if you are a plumber, you don't need to make yourself look like your friend talmid chacham, and vice versa. And this is true for year round.

The original light of the first day of creation was hidden away...inside of us
BUT....man was not created until the sixth day of creation. Where then was this original light until then? Or, perhaps that light was put into disembodied souls which were then breathed into the physical body by Hashem. If so, when were souls created? Yes, souls are a "chelek mimal" but surely this had to differentiated from Hashem Himself even if it is such a chelek?
