  I dont understand?  Just like the Minister does not have free will because he loves the king and is close, so too the servant has a great fear of the king and does not have real FREE CHOICE.

     There was no mention of the question of free will mentioned here at all. Both may have free will in the King’s presence, it is only that the Sar is tuned in to the King’s level world and depth and is drawn in and raised up when close to the King. The servant is not sensitive to the King’s place level and sensitivity and is therefore overwhelmed by being near the King.
