    Another vision

I do not understand why all commentators explain the behavior of meraglim in a negative way? After all, in reality they were The Heads of the children of Israel are authoritative people. They sacrificed themselves for Moshe Rabbeinu, they lengthened his life by another 39 years. According to the prophecies of Eldad and Meidad, which we taught in the last chapter, Moshe had to die on entering Israel. If it were not for the story of meraglim, the next step would be the entrance to Israel, as Moshe said to Itro: In three days Hashem will lead us to the place that he promised. It turns out - Moshe had to die in three days, and with his act meraglim extended his life by another 39 years. Maybe their mistake was in the wording of the refusal. They were to demand entry into Israel, but only with Moshe. Although, I think, in any case, the result would be the same.

    amazing
