Opening horizons
B"H
Hello Rav Yossi,
Your new class caused me complete melting out and first I found difficult even to comment on that.
It took a week for me to get my conscious back and be able to discribe what was there:
The new paradigm of treating children as equals on a spiritual field was born there. Mazal Tov!!!
It’s okay to have them not deeply in the topic. We don’t know how children’s sensors work and you cannot control them through logic and common sense. To some degree it’s like be one on one with lions, tigers and hyenas in the same cage. Mazal Tov!!
From the other hand they should not see such class as an ice cream party, but it’s also very important not to overload them with names, metaphors and abstract ideas. You got the best balance of that. Mazal Tov!!!
To my humble opinion, the main achievement that you got was drawing their attention to what you was talking about and it could not be artificially imposed on them, because otherwise the resistance would be obvious and it would be class for different group of people with the different objectives
You let them play with a fur-coat and that was one of the key for success when we deal with children. It should be teaching through playing but not playing through teaching. Mazal Tov!!!
Let them be more envolved in your talk, make more comments, ask more questions no matter if you find them brilliant or not
Thank you very much!
Great start!
ENCORE!!!

Constructive Criticism
I think for next time he should lower the vocabulary. It's for children, after all.
Otherwise, very well done!!

Thanks
My son enjoyed it, but got bored half way through (he is only 4).
It would be awesome if this gets expanded beyond this one time classes and for multiple age groups.
There is very little high quality content out there for kids.
