Thank you for the parsha class

you had mentioned in the last few minutes at the end of the class that embracing conflict in a marriage ( in a deep and wise way) is an opportunity, I really love that idea, now how can I strengthen my marriage when I'm struggling with my thoughts, I sometimes want to share many things with my spouse to strengthen our marriage but I have a fear of him that he does not understand me or try to feel the same way and therefore it's a lonely journey in my marriage crises. I feel like my spouse and I are in very different worlds even though we are both on a journey to connect to the source. Any tips for me to reevaluate my situations in my shalom bayit and family lifestyle and approach my spouse?
