This was such a special class and moved me deeply. Thank you! Your work in teaching us torah in this deep, meaningful way is deeper and more impactful than you can probably ever realize.
- A grateful student

And, most interesting, take with you from Egypt...to become what I called you to be! Take that which you think is defiled, useless and used to build for the ego of another! Take that, which in today's terms, some would say, triggers you! What a foolish and ignorant GD, no?

Such wisdom, Rabbi -- the foundation/the structure of the Tabernacle came from bondage, slavery, and abuse, and became useful and holy, only by the direct command of Gd! (Important point for those who think freedom comes from not being told what to do!) Direction from Gd for those disillusioned with religion, government, life, abuse -- it does not get better than this! This is what the soul desires. This is that insatiable yearning in the heart. Build with me in my pain, heal my wounds, dwell in my inner being and become my GD! Make me your child/person/servant. Make my wood/my pain into the foundation of the Tabernacle and dwelling place in my soul for, You, the Almighty.

People know about a cedar closet or trunk
The cedar smells good. The cedar keeps things fresh and insect free.

R. Eliezer held that one should go away for Pesach
Is this then the source for our modern Pesach hotels and programs?
