  Too much yiddish. ... In such complex topic it does not help much😌

  Even though I do understand a little yddish, however here with Zohar, Kabala, and so forth, I need to to listen a second time....

  The only reason light has its effect is because the kelim we use

  To perceive it, our eyes are calibrated to discern (certain parts of the spectrum of) light.

  What if our eyes, the kelim to perceive, were calibrated to discern only darkness? Like if we had perpetual night vision goggles as eyes? Like some fish who live in the deep darkness of the sea can perceive in darkness. 

  Notice that the first thing Hashem created was light. Before man, before his eyes.  

  Darkness, apparently,  already existed even before creation. Only after creating light was it necessary for Him to separate darkness and light.

  And, finally, what about a blind person? ("Sagi ohr").  How does he fit into the whole "ohr" phenomenon? He uses other senses to perceive his world.
