Even though you say
that the Jewish soul is not so much "better" than the non Jewish soul, more so that it is different, different antenae, I can see why it can be misinterpreted by non Jews AND Jews who come to the conclusion that it actually is better, which makes Jews better. I'm grappling with how to understand the difference and what it all means.

"Matter is a derivative of consciousness"
Whose consciousness?
Hashem's.
If so, this axiom is a restatement of Einstein's e=mc2. What does Einstein mean? The "m" is matter. The "e" is energy or consciousness. The "c2" is the speed of light times itself.
So what is Einstein saying? He is saying that Hashem's energy/light/vivifying force ("e") can become matter ("m"), i.e. what happened in creation of all things (except man,) during creation and continuing uninterrupted BH until now. And at what speed did He do this transformation from His energy into to matter of the world? He did it at the speed of light (times itself).
So Einstein is really describing how Hashem created the world/matter from His pure energy and light (ruchnious) into the gashmious we see and touch and at what speed He did it.
The atomic bomb is just a miniscule reversal of that process as we release the potential power in a single atom into an unbelievable amount of energy.
We did so, the "unpacking" of the potential energy in a single atom releasing a huge amount of energy (the potential energy in a single atom unleashed wiped out Hiroshima). Imagine how He "packed" in His infinite energy into atoms.

The brocha Shehakol reminds us to say thanks to the One by whose word the thing came to be
As mentioned in the previous class, everything came into being by His word in the 10 utterances EXCEPT the creation of man.
There are a certain finite number of molecules in the world. All we really do when we make or fashion anything is to push these already created molecules around. "Yesh "m'yesh".
So too Hashem made all else "yesh m'ayin" except man which He made "yesh m'yesh" i.e. man was made from pre-existing dirt. In that sense Hashem was first to do this before we carried on "yesh m'yesh" until now.
If so, does the application of thanking the One by who's WORD the thing was said, apply to all (e.g. the coffee) but NOT to thanking Hashem for another person?
Notice the Einstein clip sent yesterday where he said the explanation of the famous e=mc2 is that all matter can be transformed into energy and all energy can be transformed into matter.
This equation shows that all of the matter we see and touch came to be transformed from energy. Divine energy.
