    2500 year old seeds come to life

    Here in the northeast 2021 February we are about to see the emergence of billions of cicadas that have been dormant for 17 years in trees and will come out, live,  mate and make a racket and then their dried bodies will create a crunchy blanket all within a  few weeks and then return to hibernation for another 17 years!
