  I assume that the banner on the bottom is an instantenous transliteration of Rabbi YY speaking but the software leaves a lot to be desired and it is completely out of sync with what is being said.

    It’s an automatic thing that happens on youtube for the user when the person who watches has a setting in his account of auto cc on, they just need to shut off close captions
