Before Hashem said "I dont want THIS"..
He had to create THIS, too. It was part of His desire, His plan, as necessary as Kedusha.

Kelipa isn't transparent, apparent, etc.. its hidden, subtle, like a spy.
If kelipa was obvious it wouldn't be Kelipa, it would be too obvious.
The zona can't reveal who see really is and what her mission is.

Why did Hashem create several words before this one and then reject them? It seems to contradict that Hashem is perfect. What is the purpose of this? Fossils?

Not only does Hashem want fre choics for the zenith of His creation, but He also wants us to choose properly according to His directions. But He wants it not to be too easy ,"bread of shame". Therefore its a real hard test with both clear directives and also a real challenge and obstacle by kelipa, enticements, etc..
The ultimate desire and pleasure is, perhaps, that naches He gets from His creations passing hard tests
Adam failed.
Avraham passed.
Without kelpia there's no challenge, no obstacle and so easy of a test as to be meaningless
Take a kid. Put before him a candy and spinach. Tell him only to eat the spinach. Then leave the room.
Without the kelipa of spinach there is no test.
