    Dear Rabbi, You said recently in a few classes the story of the Lubavitcher Rebbi with Eli Weisel that he asked the Rebbi to teach how to cry again and the Rebbi told him that he wants to teach him how to also laugh again,
     
    This story challenged me very much, because it made me realize that my goal in life is to heal my difficult past and to learn how to "Survive", and how to deal with my heardships that effected me from a young person, but I never even begin to think that maybe my goal should be how to get to a point in life where i can learn how to "Strive" and be able to be happy in life, but rather my goal is just to survive.
     
    and im sure mayn many people have the same problem, that their goal is to heal their past, or to learn how to deal with their hardships, but very little people even have the goal or the hope to learn how to enjoy and have a happy life, and maybe that keeps us back from making real progress,
     
    I hope you can give a class or lecture just around this topic: "Whats your goal? to survive or to live a wholesome life?"
     
    I leave it up to the Rabbi to make something good out of it!

    Where the Rebbe's letter from the Rebbe in 1986 can be found?

    (Min. 1:33) Can you upload a copy of it? I think it will be helpful for many to learn the Rebbe's perspective on the subject, to help people (especially nowadays). Thanks beforehand.

    I’ve been listening to you for last few weeks. And although your message is clear that great times are ahead it is so hard to keep that in mind when the world appears to be crumbling. How can we stay the course with fortitude and make the world into a better place.? Are we making a difference ?
