             (esp’ly nezach)  All the 9 body fxs, biological fx.   Expressed in our physical life (actions deeds and words) to a commitment to a certian truth even w/o emotion    ex.  Sis is making chasana far away, I’m tired, don’t feel like going – 3 mins later, I feel like I have to go – emot’ly not excited but feel like I must go, comes from a conviction, inner core value, tachlis, fx’ality, getting it done.   Move in direction that is right for you even if you don’t feel it in the heart, yet feel it deeper.   Forcing self. 

       Hod – fight inside, reflecting and recognizing the emotions one is feeling and how it relates to my convictions ie trying to contain temper in time of stress rather communicate good in a way to people that are close to me

  Does God come in between a marriage

  How does a relationship with God impact on my marriage?
  Having a deep and close connection with God is only possible when I come to God with a full awareness of myself and with my emotions fully exposed and fully vulnerable.
  All the channels to my inner world must be fully opened. But when those channels are opened for my relationship with God, they will remain open for my relationship with others, especially my spouse. Having a relationship with Hashem can only serve to deepen and intensify my relationship with mankind. (We have many examples of how Zadikim’s love and compassion for every Jew knew no bounds).

  The whole purpose of  appetizers is to whet the  appetite. 

  Just do it.

  Fake it till you make it.

  Put on the clothes and you'll rise to  the stature. 

  The Rebbe: just pretend to  be that type of  person or that midda you desire but cannot really accomplish,  later it'll become natural.

  Good Morning

  Ok I'm rushing past my limitations.  How do I fill the emptiness that is left afterward?  My old behavior filled a need. It was an old friend so to speak. Now as I leave the old, insecurity, emptiness, and fear fill the new void.
