The lack of דעת in the blessings of Yitzchak was based on his blindness?

    "Haneshama sh'b'mochi"

In the nusach Sefard Siddur, there is a kavana some say sometimes before putting on tefillen.  There it says "ha'neshama sh'b'mochi"  ie "the soul (neshama) that is in the brain".  It is chiyus that HaShem puts in the brain then the chiyus travels down the spinal cord and out the nerves to every cell, tissue, organ and gland in the body.  A chiropractor's job is to allow the free flow of the nervous system ie the life energy.  We're known as back doctors cuz the way to access the nervous system is thru the spine and the neck.

    have a great Shabbos

You can access this 'free flow' by means of willing and commanding the brain to ignore the pain that you are feeling in your back/stomach/musles etc...works for me!
