    hair and marijuana

I wanted to ask about the difference between a boy's and girl's hair. I think I understand the idea of an upsherin for a boy but, according to this, why doesn't a girl have her hair cut also?

In terms of mairjuana, do you feel there's a difference between the occasional smoker (weekends, vacation, etc.) and someone who smokes morre regularly that relates to smoking as a lifestyle?
    Thank you.

It seems that for the girl the hair is a positive energy, but only after the wedding does it need to be "protected" due to its sensual energy. (See Derech Mitzvosecha Mitzvas Tiglachas Metzora at length.)

As far as smoking, of course there is an important distinction. But I think it is still improper.
