Amshinover Shlita fasting 2 days on Yom Kippur
The Amshover Shlita of today also fasts every year 2 days on Yom Kippur.Up to last year his mother ע"ה used to be asked to plead with him to stop the fast .This year Yom Kipur we do not know what's going to happen...

Release the Ropes
What if the person whose feet are tied doesn't realize that he is living a "borrowed life"? He buys into an identity that distances him from the true desire of his soul. His self deception keeps him bound. How does such an individual come to know that Hashem is waiting for him to release the ropes and run to his Owner? Is it no pun that he is called a "chicken"? Is fear driving his behavior? Is the love and prayer of parents and family enough to help him shed the borrowed life and cut the ropes?
