  Although the web does have some speculation about the story, nevertheless, On this site https://www.encyclopedia-titanica.org/community/threads/the-aks-family.19925/ scroll down the page to the first comment dated Jun 27, 2006... It's a comment from a member of the Titanic site/organization, who, it seems, knew the man who was the baby ('frank'), and validates the truth of this story .. ☺

  Hi, My name is Yechiel Schon. I have listened to some of your speeches for the last couple of weeks and I really enjoyed them! I've attended live lectures as well and treasure the lessons more so than the most precious gem! Although I'm physically challenged and not able to walk; Hashem has given me the ability to email, text and talk! True I can't walk or even stand on my feet; I Baruch Hashem have in my life eaten chicken, turkey, and also real meat :-) I understand you didn't yet hear my life-tale; It has been a difficult but meaning ride as l "succeed" or try and fail! I'm the guy in the wheelchair who had the privilege to sit up front by lecture at Oar Chaim on Tisha B'Av day! I'm not a stage person, but enjoyed it anyway!! :-) Sorry for writing to you an email this long; just expressing my feelings to you but please don't get me wrong!!   Thank you for the amazing heartfelt Tisha B'Av shiurim. Valuable to heart mind soul and understanding in general I have a correction for you. You quoted German poet Heinrich. Heine as living in the eighteenth Century. Actually he was born 1797 and passed 1856. So he was mostly nineteenth century. He also was the poet who gave us the term 'Lisztomania' for the frenzied reactions to Fran Liszts' piano recitals . Perhaps his talent stemmed from being born so close to the date of the publication of Tanya. Ver vaist Once again thank you for your humor, scholarship, humility, communications and teaching With gratitude
