Derech Mitzvosecha
The Tzemach Tzeked in derech mitzvosecah shoresh brichas kohanim summarizes this Maamar very nicely. I was wondering if you looked through it and if there are any chiddushim in it, because it seems to me just a summary.

Ahava?
So is this also the key for a wife's blessing for her husband or for one Jew to another? Love? It seems this could also apply. Are our blessings effective depending how we love one another and care deeply for one another?

The Rebbe was once asked about his powers to perform miracles and see into the future.
[The Rebbe didn’t like words like prophet or miracle worker applied to him at all. When pressed he would right “posses special powers”.]
When the Rebbe was asked about this he said that every Jew has special powers it is simply a question of tapping into them. He explained that the more we remove ourselves from lower and more compromised priorities the more open we are to purer sentiments and “powers”.
I believe that the answer to your question is (according to the aforementioned thought of the Rebbe’s) yes! How we feel towards another affects them. When we love we bring love and blessing into the world.
When we’re jealous and hateful these energies are generated in this world. It is just unfortunate that the strongest feelings people have for each other are not always the good kind.

ענין סיפורים הוא נחוץ במאד, ווייל דאס איז די לחלוחית פון חסידות, עס קען אויפטאן א סאך מאל מער ווי דער מאמר אליין, און וואס מער לחלוחית איז דער יבול רייכער! וד"ל.
הנני רושם לך סיפור שהנני עד לזה.
הלכתי פעם עם ידידי בעת חלוקת הדולרים לצדקה, שהי' זקוק לברכת הרבי כי אצל בתו וחתנו כבר עברו כמה שנים ולא נפקדו בזחו"ק, והוא ביקש ברכה עבור ילדיו. והרבי נתן לו ברכה בזה הלשון "עס זאל זיין בכל מכל כל".
לאחרי כמעט שנה הוא עבר עוד הפעם (ועברתי אתו ביחד) וכשעבר הרבי הרגיש שהוא עצוב, אז הרבי שאלו נו! וואס ביסטו אזוי אנגעצויגן? הוא ענה להרבי ששום דבר לא זז מאז שהרבי נתן לו הברכה.
הרבי הרצין במאד (געווארן זייער ערנסט) ואמר לו: "אז איך האב געזאגט וועט אזוי זיין, נאר וואס זאל איך טאן אז איך בין ניט קיין כהן און עס פעלט דער עד מהרה ירוץ דברו".
כמובן וגם פשוט לאחרי כמעט שנתיים נולד להם זחו"ק שלישי' לאורך ימים ושנים טובות, "בכל מכל כל".
