Going out of Mitzrayim is going out limitations
The perfect tzaddik has no aveirahs. Great. BUT he is lacking the merit of doing the mitzvah of teshuva Nothing to do teshuva on. Therefore he is lacking having done all the mitzvos. The BT on the other hand, certainly has aveirahs, but if he does teshuva out of love, he gets the mitzvah of teshuva, which the tzaddik cannot, perforce, have. Hence, the true BT stands higher having the mitzvah of teshuva plus all the others after he does teshuva. So Elisha Ben Durdaya got Olam Habaah in a minute.
