This was/is an amazing AND brilliant presentation not ONLY about the parsha but in addition especially bc it leads into and about the elaboration and distillation of most profound psychological manipulative mechanisms and processes at the end of this shiur. I do not know how Freud would react of what we heard here except that he would probably whole heartedly agree with what is said but 'tout his own horn' wrongly about having early on developed the concept of the 'id', that the Rabbi describes as the 'animal'....most interestingly and more correctly unlike Freud Rabbi JJ suggests that this 'animal' goes ´rogue' for self-protective reasons and gives for such convincing examples....

The "chok" of the Torah is parah aduma
What does this particular mitzvah accomplish? Notice: a person became tomey somehow, lets be Dan lkav z'chus and assume they were involved in burying a yid, a great mitzvah. The ashes of the parah Aduma, makes pure one who is tomei. This is the greatest gift Hashem can bestow on someone so that he can fully participate in life.
And, just as we should imitate Hashem, we are duty bound to "mitahair", i.e. purify and elevate the other who needs it.
