Reupture and Reconciliation
We dont need to do an averia to connect to this "source of desire" level

either lifes circustances challenge us or the tzaddik like Rebbe in Gemara can initiate a breaking of the structure he lives in in order to conect to the deepest level

He tehn lives within hishtalshelus and beyond at the same time

Not to judge others - corollary of yom hadin
SO we must be super careful not judge the "Elazar ben duradyass" we meet in life - they are one "shaa" turn away from the deepest connection with the core of Hashem's essence

Lets not hide behind our structures -

The Gemara concludes that Rebbi cried to teach that even teh Tzaddik who lives in structures can transcend them to connect to the "desire of all desires" in a positove way without having to technically sin

Yet when the tzaddik does "teshiuva" tehn all his mitzots prior to that can be viewed as "Chataim" in the sense that they lacked the permeation of true desire

All of creation was effectuated with His words
Except man. Man was made "yesh m'yesh". He was fashioned from pre-existing matter. And so was lower in a sense.

But then Hashem blew a neshoma into his nose. This part, the neshoma is higher. Whereas the body, .made from pre-existing matter is lower than that of the rest of creation, the neshoma is higher, coming from His breath, not just His words.

So we are a combination of higher and lower, of a body lower than other bodies, and a neshoma higher even than angels, certainly higher than the rest of creation which don't have a neshoma.

So Hashem's breath with which He breathed a neshoma into man that was already created, corresponds to us using our breath to blow Shofar.

His breath to breathe neshomas into us is from a deep place, and our corresponding blowing of Shofar is from. our deep place.

Where did that desire to sacrifice one's very life for others come from? Was it always there, but hidden? Yes, it was always there, the desire behind other temporary superficial desires, even those that were anti-religious, The desire behind other desires was his deepest desire to even give up his life for the other.
