The body limits the full possible experience BUT
Only thru the body cam the ultimate purpose of creation, the fulfillment of doing mitzvos and learning Totlrah by free choice can be accomplished

The teacher must hold back most of his knowledge
And transmit merely a bit so that the student can get that bit and understand it. To let loose all he knows would overwhelm the student and he would have nothing.
So too, Hashem "let loose" and transmitted only a bit of His knowledge and infinite capabilities and gave us a drop (of light, of Torah) so that we could absorb it and have benefit. The first 2 of the 10 commandments did not hold back so much and it overwhelmed us.

The gematria of "ain sof"/ infinity
Is the sane as "ohr"/ light. This shows that Hashem's infinite Divine Light passes thru the system of sefiros to create this physical world.
