Good day Rabbi and shabbat shalom for our shabbat coming.
I have looked in my Rashi and my Or HaChaim for the Simen at the end of the parshas. I am not able to speak or read hebrew but do know the letters and their numerical values. Please help.
Love you and may HaShem richly bless you.

There are really no words to describe the enormity of the UNBELIEVABLE shiur… when I came home I told my family that this was the absolute best shiur ever. So my children responded, “that’s what you always say!”
The beauty of “bli Kol siman”, the profound brilliance and truth underlying all addiction, and the soul stirring history of Ukrainian Jewry (and all Jewry) was an awesome blend of inspiration not to be forgotten.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
A gutten chodesh, a geuladige chodesh.

I've heard from Rabbi Mangel, that there was a moment that he felt he loosing consciousness and almost falling. Then one of the German soldier that escorted the marsh took him on his hands and carried the rest of way. This how young boy survived. Who was that? Malach Michoel?

Rabbi Mangel said he doesn't know if he was an angel or not.
But even if it was just a German, it's not any less of a miracle.
He came to him every few hours and have him coffee, and talked to him and encouraged him to continue.
He even gave him his army hat at times it was very cold..

Dear Sasha, try to search among plants, there exists root powder of Lepidium Meyeni called Maka or Maca against anxiety. So are many other natural roots that gave similar beneficiary effect to our bodies. Start examining, it is worth it.

No, be very careful with "plants." The plant suggested here may have other properties that could be harmful. You don't go into a drugstore and say "Hm, i'll take some pills." No, you investigate the properties of such herbs/plants and consult with a knowledgeable practitioner. Sadness, depression, sorrow and loneliness are not always best addressed by taking pills or herbs etc. It is, unfortunately, part of the human condition. Counseling may be a good choice. It seems in many cases, the more a person can do what they call in recovery "conscious contact" with their Higher Power, or G-d, this helps gives energy to their soul which can mitigate and even dissipate such feelings because one is connected to the Eternal. In the Jewish tradition this means prayer, Torah study... it also means singing a nigun to oneself and dancing even by oneself at home. Certainly, if one can be around other people in shul, or learning, this also helps a lot.

I want to add that if one takes a pill or an herb...it's usually preferable to go natural instead of pharmaceutical. Again, consult with a knowledgeable person who really knows both the breadth of the remedy and who also knows you. Some people find recovery groups helpful--various 12 step programs...even AA if one is not an alcoholic because it provides community and a positive outlook. I think talking to a professional--meaning a counselor not a psychaitrist is a good first step.
