Rabbi, I was before by the Kossel and I davened for you that Hashem should give you the strength and wisdom to continue your dedicated work for Klal Yisroel!, I don't know your mother's name but I'm sure Hashem knows who I was davening for.
I was looking at the Kossel and thinking about the sad sad reality that there is a Mosque on the Har Habayis on the holy of the holy, But instantly a thought popped into my head that this is the greatest Chizuk for us in exile,
Because we know that the Shchina שכינה never left the Kossel, so maybe the message is to show us that Shchina could stand and rest right next to the greatest impurity, and it doesn't move away, and maybe its an example for every Jew, that even if he has fallen down down, and he is carrying on him alot of sins on his soul (like the mosque standing on the Har Habayis) the Shchina doesn't move away from there!

The first lecture of yours that I saw was titled "when religion becomes toxic and full of lies". It changed my life.
It changed my life.
I never heard truths and genuine passionate advocacy for a generation of "OTD" kids. Never did I expect to hear a prominent Rabbi speak painful truths and admonish those responsible for covering up the terrible things.
Never did I expect a prominent rabbi to tell these youth that they are holy. and divine. And loved. And wanted. And valued. that we still have a seat at the table. That a prominent rabbi believes us. And validated that trauma.
what a powerful and transformative message. it changed my life. It allowed me to heal and Forgive things in my past, even just a little bit. It opened up my soul to God in a real way, for the first time in my life.
what our generation has to endure to be zocheh to have you, rabbi YY, as the voice of our generation. As the person who would help heal so many families, and individuals. it's tragic and painful, and yet, here you are- speaking to us and caring where no one even looked our way before.
this is the Torah of forgiveness and healing. this is the message and Avodah of our generation. And this is how we will be redeemed.
Rabbi YY, I hope you never stop speaking truths for people who have no words. I hope you never forget the impact you have on people near and far. I hope Hashem gives you much strength, health, and genuine authentic passion to continue this important and vital work.
thank you for changing my life. Thank you for making your table big enough to fit everyone. Thank you for showing us all what acceptance and love and forgiveness are.
yours is a Judaism I can live with. It's a Judaism I want to live with.
Thank you.
